We utilize collected information solely for legitimate B2B commercial finance purposes, including:

In order to procure requested capital, we share relevant business financial packages with selected institutional lenders, private credit underwriting teams, factors, or equipment leasing institutions within our partner network. We do not sell, rent, or trade client personal or commercial data to marketing brokers or unrelated third parties.

1.4 Data Security & Retention

We maintain enterprise-grade physical, administrative, and technological security controls to guard against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. Corporate financial records are retained only as long as necessary to fulfill advisory mandates or satisfy legal and statutory accounting obligations in Ontario.
