FEE & REFUND POLICY

4.1 Upfront Consultation Fees

Accessing our website, submitting initial deal inquiries, and receiving preliminary financial evaluations carry no fee ($0 CAD) and involve no e-commerce transactions on our web portal. As such, e-commerce refunds are not applicable.

4.2 Advisory & Placement Fee Structures

In formal commercial advisory engagements where specific success-based placement fees or consulting retainers are agreed upon, all terms—including retainer milestone applicability, fee schedules, and refund provisions—will be explicitly governed by a separate, signed Commercial Advisory & Engagement Agreement executed prior to underwriting work. Success-based placement fees are earned upon transaction closing and funding execution.
